Accommodation for our clients

Costa Invest ® team is responsible to find accommodation to our clients and host them in one of our holiday properties for rent, but we also manage accommodations in hotels (if desired by our clients).

We treat our clients as if they were family. For that purpose, we offer them transfers to or from the airport and we do our best to get them accommodation that suit their necessities.

Property viewings

Our real estate agents organize a guided visit to different properties based on the clients´ preferences in order to maximize their stay and find their dream house eventually.

All clients for viewing properties are accompanied by our professional experts in our high standard car fleet.

Once the visit is coordinated, a real estate team will pick the client up.

Exclusive legal advice

We offer a free legal assistance to all our clients. This service is given by our solicitor Javier Martínez Martínez ( Bar License 952 I.C.A Orihuela).

Our solicitor focuses on advising you during the entire process, analyzing the contracts of buying, selling or renting in order to follow the applicable law in Spain.

Management of documents

Costa Invest offers assistance for opening a Spanish bank account, managing mortgages, changes title deeds and documents for the property registration, or getting a NIE license (Resident Identification Number).

Along with the Legal Department, we also deal with providing all the notary and fiscal paperwork required by the Spanish law such as the advising on the taxes payments for rentals and the Non-Resident tax statement.

Costa Invest takes care of your property in Spain by maintaining it in perfect conditions, so you could enjoy your holidays or rent it out.
