Country house Finca in Gata de Gorgos  (Costa Blanca Alicante). Rustic style country house, 500 metre from the village of Gata de Gorgos and it's shops and services as well as of the public walkway along the river Gorgos. On this public walkway you can enjoy a lovely, quiet environment of parks and gardens. Along the coast, it is only 12 km away from the fantastic beaches and coves of the town of Javea, and 13 km away from the towns of Denia and Benissa and 16 km away from Moraira. The 'Vall del Pop' municipalities are only just over 12 km away, by taking the inland route. 

The house is built with very good qualities in style of the traditional country house of the area and has 3 floors: 

→ Basement where we find a soundproof room that is currently used to play the drums and also 2 small rooms, one of them is currently used as a wine cellar.

→ Ground floor: entrance hall, large fully equipped kitchen with island open to the dining room, next to the kitchen is the laundry / pantry, cozy living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. From the kitchen, dining room and living room there is access to the porch. The porch that is on this floor is very spacious and is where the barbecue area is also located. Right in front of the porch is the pool and next to the pool there is a wood oven.
